We at ORIENTAL SECURITY PRINTING SOLUTIONS B.S.C. (c) are committed to the manufacture of secure printed products (security documents) to the complete satisfaction of each and every customer. We commit ourselves to achieve this by:

• Satisfying customer requirements consistently and cost effectively.
• Promoting Security Printing Management System awareness and understanding throughout the Organization. This policy serves as the framework for setting, reviewing and achieving our security objectives and will be reviewed periodically for its adequacy during management review meeting as part of its agenda.
• Continually improving our processes, products and services in a sustainable manner as well as utilizing best available security printing technologies.
• Adhering and complying with the discipline and standard with respect to BAHRAIN ministerial regulations in a socially responsible manner.
• Communicating the policy to employees and other interested parties with emphasis on their individual security printing related obligations.

Food Safety Management System Policy

The Top Management at Oriental Press BSC (c) recognizes the importance of food safety in the manufacturing of food packaging products. We are committed to ensure that the organization as a whole is collectively responsible for the food safety and quality of our products. The following controls will be used to implement the Food Safety Management System by:

• Eliminating or minimizing all possible contaminations, physical, chemical, microbiological, and allergen at the earliest possible stage.
• Ensuring that the necessary statutory and regulatory requirements towards Food Safety are met.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene in all operations.
• Raising and maintaining awareness amongst all employees who are involved in food packaging manufacturing.
• By strictly adhering to the requirements of FSSC 22000 (which include: HACCP, ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System, ISO/TS 22002-4:2013 Food Packaging Manufacturing), BRC Global Standard Packaging Material Issue 6 and its continual improvement through the establishment of food safety and quality objectives.
• Ensuring the communication of this policy to the concerned personnel and providing the appropriate resources, human and financial, for the implementation and maintenance of this policy.

FSMS policy is aligned with the determined Food Safety context of the organization and supports its strategic directions considering also the risks of our activities, products and services.

We are committed to continually improve our Food Safety Management System which will enhance our performance towards manufacturing food safe and quality products.

This policy is reviewed in the Management Review Meetings to ensure that it continues to meet our company and customers’ food safety and quality requirements and this policy is applicable to employees, to the Management and to all related parties.
